Church expresses "serious concern" at axing of secondary school re-building programme

£500,000 Joint Cathedral Fabric Repair Fund launched

The Cathedrals Fabric Commission for England (CFCE) has welcomed a new fund of £500,000 for cathedral fabric repairs thanks to the Wolfson Foundation, a charity supporting excellence in the fields of science and medicine, health, education and the arts and humanities.

Weddings made in cyberspace – innovative website for planning church weddings is an online hit

An innovative way of planning a church wedding by web has been a surprise hit with couples. What began life as a pilot less than two years ago with a change in the law initiated by the Church - the Marriage Measure - is now at the heart of one-third of Church of England weddings, statistics suggest.
